1) Accounts & access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• Access is role-based and configured by your organization’s admins.
• We may suspend accounts for security reasons, abuse, or violations.

2) Acceptable use

• No unauthorized access attempts, abuse, disruption, or prohibited reverse engineering.
• No unlawful or infringing content submissions.
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and organizational policies.

3) Customer data

Operational data entered into ActLedger (tasks, events, notes, blocker reasons) is “Customer Data.” Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data.

4) Availability

We aim for high availability, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

5) Intellectual property

ActLedger, its software, and branding are owned by ATAOL AI Techs (or licensors). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services according to these Terms.

6) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Analytics are informational and do not replace professional judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATAOL AI Techs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits/data.
